WILDFLOUR CAFE – The Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp. is a world-class restaurant and these are its locations in the Philippines.

The restaurant was established in 2012 and offers “delicious premium-priced food and efficient service married with the perfect ambiance at prime highly accessible locations”. After more than eight years, it has expanded to 15 branch locations, 5 main restaurant concept brands, and several sub-brands.

Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo is the president of the esteemed restaurant and one of the founders. She and her sister Margarita Manzke, founded the first Wildflour in the then up-and-coming Bonifacio Global City. Walter Manzke is the other founding partner, a three-Michelin-star chef and entrepreneur. 

Allen Buhay is the Executive Chef de Cuisine and BJ Mantuano is the Executive Sous Chef.

On their menu, they certainly have a lot to offer. They have something for breakfast like fresh juices and smoothies. For health junkies, their fruit bowl, granola and yogurt, chia bowl, and pistachio oatmeal will surely fit your diet.

They also have other offerings such as Filipino breakfast, beef tapa, adobo fried rice, bistek fried rice, and kimchi fried rice. They also have classic brioche french toast, blueberry and ricotta cheese pancakes, Belgian waffles, smoked salmon and eggs on toast, chorizo fundido, mushroom and asparagus omelet, and a lot more.

Still for breakfast, they offer several under cold drinks, homemade sodas, coffee, brewed coffee, hot teas, hot drinks, specialty water, sparkling juice, craft soda, and cocktails.

For lunch and dinner, they serve bread, appetizers, soup, salads, vegetables, various kinds of pasta, main courses, and steaks.

The main courses include California burger, Organic Rotisserie Chicken, Fried Chicken, Duck Adobo, Beef Bourguignon, Hamachi Collar, Tasmanian Salmon, and Kurobuta Porkchop.
