Group of Vloggers Issued Public ApologyArrested for Pulling Prank at Gasoline Station

PRANK WENT WRONG – A group of vloggers who have been arrested for pulling a prank at a gasoline station have issued a public apology.

Earlier this week, Mawab Police Station arrested two vloggers after pulling a prank at a gasoline station. The two pranksters decided to pull a prank at a gasoline station along the National Highway in Brgy. Poblacion, Mawab, Davao de Oro.

One of the vloggers bought gasoline from the gas station and instructed the pump attendance to pour it into the empty bottle. The latter pretended to drink the gasoline in front of the staff.

The suspect acted to be dizzy and vomiting, which causes alarm to the staff of the gasoline station. The employees immediately sought help from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Mawab.

The cops arrest the vloggers and will file charges against them.

The vloggers have been identified as Jonel Cordero and Arnold Rabi of ‘Cordero Brothers’.

“The prank pulled by [the vloggers] which was responded by the MDRRMO for instance could have caused unnecessary disruption should another incident had taken place that need to be responded to,” Police Regional Office XI said.

Recently, Cordero Brothers made a public apology and explained that they did not intend to give inconvenience to the emergency personnel.

“Sorry jud kaayu sa inyong tanan. unta dli NMU mag cgeg comment nga mga negative..sorry (I’m so sorry to all of you. I hope you don’t make negative comments),” Cordero Brothers said.
