Joey de Leon shared this recent video that caught the attention of many netizens
Henyo Master Joey de Leon has this statement about the “giting” that bashers have in criticizing other people.
Joey is known for sharing witty posts on his Instagram page. He would always incorporate humor in sharing quotes and lessons he learned over the years. The veteran comedienne is also an expert in playing with words and this is what he did in his recent IG video.
Joey talked about one thing present in bashers aside from their “tapang at giting” or courage and bravery. “Bukod sa tapang at GITING ng isang basher na manira at mamuna ng ibang tao, ano pa meron sya?” the Henyo Master wrote in the caption of his post.
In the video, Joey de Leon said that by scrambling the letters in the word “giting”, the word “inggit” or envy will come out.
Many netizens agreed with what the Eat Bulaga host said. “True ka dyan idol, kagaya Ng ginawa Ng staff k Maine sa Singapore, [pinakitaan] Ng maganda binaligtad pa,” Instagram user @my_only2000 commented.
To recall, a netizen claimed that Maine Mendoza, Joey’s co-host in the Kapuso noontime show, showed a bad attitude. The netizen accused the Phenomenal Star of being “suplada” and allegedly she refused to have photos with fans.
Maine slammed the said basher and several netizens attested that the accusation against the Kapuso star was just made up by her basher.
Meanwhile, this post that Joey de Leon shared came after the recent controversy involving actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga who received bashing for her viral icing-smearing video. Last year, Joey did a movie with Alex’s sister Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga, who is a former Eat Bulaga host, for the MMFF 2022 titled My Teacher.
