Henyo Master Joey de Leon shared this witty reminder to famous celebrities and personalities who campaigned for their chosen candidates in the 2022 elections.

Just like many prominent names in the Philippine entertainment industry, Joey also endorsed a politician. He campaigned for the vice-presidential candidacy of Senate President Tito Sotto.

Joey and Tito, along with Vic Sotto have been friends for many years, their noontime show, Eat Bulaga, has been airing for more than four decades now. Over the years, Joey and Vic have been very supportive of the political career of Tito Sen. Bossing even joined several campaign events of the Ping Lacson-Tito Sotto tandem.

Through social media posts, Joey shared his thoughts why he thinks Tito Sen deserves a chance to run for the second highest position in the Philippine government.

After the elections, Joey de Leon reminded the stars, as well as those well-known celebrities who have been very active in showing support for their candidates. As he is known for his witty play of words, the Henyo Master once again showcased his ability to do this.

Meanwhile, veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis also shared her thoughts on those celebrities who were a bit boastful during the time when they were campaigning for their candidate. Apparently, Lolit was specifically pertaining to celebrity supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo.
