Deniece Cornejo Gives Cryptic Statement Following the Return of Vhong Navarro to Showtime

DENIECE CORNEJO – The model sent an author of Pep an intriguing message following the return of Vhong Navarro to Showtime.

The legal battle between Vhong Navarro and Deniece Cornejo is yet to end. The actor is currently on a temporary liberty after posting P1 million bail last December 2022. He was detained for around three (3) months.

The issue between Vhong and Deniece dates back 2014 during a condominium encounter. The Kapamilya TV host who is accused of taking advantage against the model deny the accusations and claim that he was the victim in the incident while admitting his fault to his girlfriend who is now his wife.

Last September, Vhong Navarro surrendered at National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Detention Facility where he was detained for around two (2) months. In the third week of November 2022, following the release of a commitment order, he was transferred to Taguig City Jail.

The cases filed by Deniece Cornejo against Vhong Navarro were filed in Taguig. Prior to his transfer, hearings were held as the actor’s camp filed a petition requesting the Court to allow him to post bail.

Before Christmas Day, Vhong and his family were overjoyed by the decision of the Court allowing him to post bail for his temporary liberty. The actor-TV host posted P1 million bail right away.

Recently, Vhong Navarro returned to Showtime after around four (4) months of being absent from the show. His co-hosts and the madlang people are very happy for his return to the Kapamilya noontime show.

However, recently, Deniece Cornejo sent a cryptic statement to a Pep author. The model was asked several times for an explanation about her hashtag “#rhymeswithwrong” post on the day that Vhong Navarro returned to Showtime but she refused to speak saying that her legal counsel advised them not to.

Based on an article on Pep, here is the message sent by Deniece Cornejo to the author. While it is unclear if it is personally composed, it is seemingly a reaction to the return of Vhong Navarro to Showtime.

“If other victims cannot stand for themselves then the world should know that they are not alone. With Revelation comes Responsibility. #Rhymeswithwrong #justbeginning #Godwillinvestigate,” she stated.
