Filipino-Italian model and beauty queen Celeste Cortesi is one of the 84 contestants vying for the title of 71st Miss Universe. The coronation night will take place on January 14, (morning of January 15 in the Philippines).
Celeste has been creating quite a stir online due to her stunning looks for the Miss Universe 2022 pre-pageant events. Since she landed in New Orleans, Louisiana, she has been documenting her activities on social media.
Celeste Cortesi has been providing her fans with timely updates about their daily activities through the posting of pictures, giving netizens complete access to the prestigious event.
In a previous article, Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza included Celeste in her top 10. Most of her Top 10 potential winners are Latina candidates. She said Celeste “has a lot of bearing. She fascinates me.”
The Mexican beauty queen also shared that she’s encouraged to continue her studies in real estate because the Filipina model is now getting a real estate license.

Based on a report from Philstar, Miss Universe Philippines Director of Communications Voltaire Tayag disclosed that Filipino fashion designer Oliver Tolentino made two different gowns for the Pinay beauty. She will wear it at MU’s preliminary competition and in the final show.
He also added that they encountered trouble in deciding which gown to be worn during the preliminaries and which one for the final performance on Jan. 15 because both gowns are “so beautiful and gorgeous.”
