Heart Evangelista’s Bonggang Pasalubong For Pet Dog Panda
HEART EVANGELISTA – Kapuso star Heart shared what gifts she brought home for her pet dog Panda from her recent trip to Paris.
Heart Evangelista is the daughter of Chinese–Filipino restaurateur Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco and Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal. She’s married to Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero.
The 37-year-old celebrity is a vocal advocate of animal welfare and adoption. She loves animals and is willing to spend a lot of money on her pets.
Heart Evangelista rescued and adopted aspin (asong Pinoy) Panda from Nasugbo, Batangas. The Kapuso star is also a fur parent to many more pets including the dogs Yogi, Shutiful, Casper, Khaleesi, and Chico, as well as cats Chuni, Mingming, and Mina.
Panda now has 62.8k on Instagram. The actress frequently posts updates on him and his siblings.

As shown on Panda’s official Instagram page last Sunday, January 8, Heart Evangelista gave Panda a blue and red cotton blouse from Gucci with a strawberry motif as a gift from her recent trip to Paris. According to the brand’s website, the aforementioned pet attire costs $250 (around P13,733).
The Pinay fashion icon also gave her beloved pet a geometric waste bag holder worth $460 (P25,269) also from the Italian luxury brand and a new tag from the French retailer Le Bon Marché.
“Paris to Japan! [Home muna] and she got pasalubong!…” the page stated. “Mukhang ‘di na stress si mum! Dami pasabog salve.”
In order to promote aspins in the country, Heart Evangelista and Panda helped the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) launch the campaign “Heart for Aspins” in 2018. For the past 13 years, the actress has been a steadfast supporter and advocate of one of the largest animal welfare organizations in the country.
