Heaven Peralejo Not Winning Best Actress, Ian and Mon React

Ian Veneracion and Mon Confiado have these reactions when Heaven Peralejo did not win the top acting award.

HEAVEN PERALEJO – MMFF 2022 Gabi Ng Parangal winners Ian Veneracion and Mon Confiado react to the failure of Heaven Peralejo to secure an award.

Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor winners are Ian Veneracion and Mon Confiado, respectively. This is for their performances in the award-winning film “Nanahimik Ang Gabi”, one of the official entries of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2022.

Their co-star Heaven Peralejo also snatched a nomination but failed to bring home the award. It was given to “Deleter” actress Nadine Lustre whose film in the film festival dominated the list of winners.

Mon expressed that there’s a bit of “panghihinayang” on their part because if only the three of them won, it would have been a big help to promote the film. According to him, during the event, the young actress got pressured after their names have been called winners.

And after not having the award, they comforted her. They were trying to tell her how great she was and what a revelation she was in the film.

Ilan lang sila sa jury,” the Best Supporting Actor winner added based on a report from PEP.
