Anne Curtis sang ‘Chandelier‘
It’s Showtime host Anne Curtis performed the song Chandelier during the noontime show’s break and this received reactions from Tawag Ng Tanghalan Hurados.
Anne is known as someone who loves to sing. She is not afraid to show this side of her. To mark her showbiz comeback after taking a break when she got pregnant until she gave birth, she held a concert.
In a recent episode of the Kapamilya noontime show, she once again showcased her singing prowess. Her co-host OPM icon Ogie Alcasid shared a video of this on Instagram. Apparently, this happened during the break.
Anne Curtis belted the song popularized by Sia. The song is known as one of the most difficult songs to sing. However, it looks like this is not a problem for the Kapamilya star.
When she started to sing and heard some reactions, the actress-host said, “uy, ang linis kaya noon.” It can be heard that someone saying that it was “swabe.” Then, she continued singing with the needed facial expression.
After singing, Ogie thanked her and asked the hurados to make their comments. The Voice Philippines Season 1 first runner-up Klarisse de Guzman said that when it comes to the song Chandelier, the version of Anne Curtis is her reference.
“Gusto ko na sanang tumayo but I decided na lang na umupo,” Klarisse jokingly added. Then Ogie, called Hurado Nyoy Volante, who is aside from being a singer is also a theater actor.
Nyoy said that Anne’s singing prowess is the industry’s standard. Teddy Corpus jokingly asked if it is at the level of factory defect. The actress-host said, “standard of Anne.”
In the comment section of Ogie’s post, Anne commented, “HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Key of Anne yan! Hahahahahahahaa. Several netizens also expressed amusement with this video of the actress-host. As of this writing, the Chandelier performance of Anne Curtis has now reached over 98 thousand views.
