HUA YUAN – Fulfill your Asian cravings in Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise located in Hilton Manila in Pasay.
Hilton Manila is in the heart of Resorts World Manila and is adjacent to MNL Airport. Nearby places are City Center, Filinvest Mountain Bike Trail, Fort Santiago Park, Glorietta, Intramuros, and Kidzania Manila. And found on its second floor is the Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise where classic Asian cuisines are meant to be eaten in a modern way.
Guests can dig into delicate dumplings, luxurious pork belly, and regional Chinese fare. From the menu, they serve “Lion’s Head” soup and salted egg flower crab. Among their signature dishes include Braised pork belly hong shao rou, Fragrant tea-smoked duck, and Special fried pork bun.
