Townhouse of Taylor Swift in New York is Being for Rent for P2.5M Per Month
The townhouse of the famous international singer Taylor Swift in New York is now being for rent for P2.5 million.
According to a recent story, Taylor Swift’s previous New York City residence is now accessible to the general public. The mansion, which was erected in 1899, will be rented for USD45,000 or more than P2.5 million per month, according to a November 21 story by Mansion Global.
Taylor, 32, stayed in this home in 2016 while remodeling took place at her Tribeca apartment. The area is among the more upscale areas of New York’s West Village.
The location later had a role in the colorful and successful music career of the international artist during her stay from 2016 to 2017. 2019’s “Lover,” her seventh studio album, was inspired by a place in New York and included the song “Cornelia Street.”
“It’s about the things that took place and the memories that took place on that street… all the nostalgia. Sometimes we bond our memories to the places that they happened. I wrote it alone and it ended up being one of my favorite songs,” the singer shared about the song in a People Magazine report in 2019.
According to a different article, the singer’s rent in the famous home was reportedly USD40,000 per month. Anyone who rents this home in the future will be greeted by a number of easily accessible facilities.
“The 21-foot wide townhouse offers three gas fireplaces and hardwood floors, as well as four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two powder rooms. There’s also an eat-in kitchen, a lounge area which leads to a patio surrounding the pool and a roof terrace with skyline views, according to the listing. Three of the bedrooms have private outdoor space, including the main bedroom, which also has a large bathroom with a sky-lit shower,” said Mansion Global.
