Nadine Lustre is still friends with her ex-boyfriend James Reid
Actress Nadine Lustre said that there is no issue between her and her ex-boyfriend actor James Reid and with this, there is no problem if they share the same frame again.
Nadine and James, known as the JaDine love team, have worked together for many years. Their onscreen partnership became a real relationship behind the camera. Although their breakup was confirmed in January 2020, the two celebrities did not say negative words against each other.
This is apparently the reason why they remained friends even after they announced their breakup. In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Nadine Lustre said that she is open to the possibility of working again with James Reid.
There are still a lot of JaDine fans who are anticipating their reunion project. The actress said that she is willing to do it, especially if the material is good. “We will see. We don’t know what to expect. That’s what I’ve been telling everyone. If it’s a good project, why not? I’m a very collaborative person. Hindi naman kami magkaaway,” she said.
When asked to react to JaDine fans who are anticipating that she and James will end up together, Nadine has a short but straight-to-the-point answer. “2023 na po. It’s time for us to start a new chapter,” the actress stressed.
Nadine Lustre is currently in a relationship with her French businessman boyfriend Christopher Bariou. They met in Siargao and the actress also fell in love with the surfing capital of the Philippines.
Meanwhile, Nadine has a new movie Deleter which is one of the official entries in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2022. She said that this project is something that she is really proud of. “It’s different from the other projects I’ve done because this is my first full-length horror movie,” the actress said.
