RED JADE MANILA HOTEL – Manila Hotel’s Red Jade Chinese restaurant opens again after a hiatus and here’s what you should know.

When it comes to authentic Chinese cuisines, one with a trusted reputation is the Red Jade restaurant of the historic Manila Hotel. As its official site has told, “Red Jade serves authentic Chinese cuisine comprising perennial favorites, fresh seafood, and delicately handcrafted Dim Sum”.

If there’s one food this place is famous for, it would have to be dim sum. They have the classics such as steamed pork and shrimp siomai, steamed shrimp dumpling “hargao,” steamed xiao long bao, pan-fried radish cake “bi fung tang” style, steamed red bean, chestnut bun, and pan-fried taro cake sausage.

Guest may also enjoy their “five-dish combination, suckling pig combination, roasted suckling pig and dig into our roasted Peking duck”. They also boast their bird’s nest abalone and sea cucumber dishes.

Also found on their menu are poultry, pork and beef dishes, vegetables and vegetarian selections, rice, noodles, and desserts.

Their most popular offering is the “Dim Sum All-You-Can” special which guests can enjoy for Php 1,288 nett per head.
