Male Netizen Lost Weight in Recent Photo & Looks Chubby on His National ID
A male netizen goes viral online after comparing his recent photo with the photo on his national ID “PUMAYAT NA ‘KO KAKAHINTAY”.
The Philippine Identification System ID or also known as the Philippine Identification Card is the official national identity card for Filipino citizens worldwide and foreign permanent residents in the Philippines.
Former President Rodrigo Duterte signed the Philippine Identification System Act (Republic Act No. 11055) into law on August 6, 2018. It will ease the access and verification of personal records when transacting with the government and private sector.
Recently, a Facebook user named Joemar Santos Torres shared his recent photo and national ID after more than a year of waiting for the release. The post immediately circulate online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the photo, it can be seen that Torres strikes a pose on the camera while holding his national ID. It can be noticed that he lost some weight in his recent photo while he looks a little bit chubby in his national ID photo.
According to Joemar, he applied for national ID last July 2021 but the identification card arrived last November 14, 2022. The male netizen joked that he already lost some weight after more than a year of waiting for his ID.
“Nagstart po ako magdiet while taking board exam and after another exam. Tinuloy-tuloy ko lang po and naging everyday habit na po s’ya, Pinakita ko po agad sa parents ko na ang laki na nang pinagbago ng itsura ko since sila ’yung kasabay ko kumuha nu’n,” Torres said.
