The Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming was officially announced on April 27, 2021. The gaming phone is powered by Mediatek MT6893 Dimensity 1200 5G (12 nm) processor while the GPU is a Mali-G77 MC9.
Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming runs on the Android 11 + MIUI 12.5 operating system. It comes in variants such as 128GB + 6GB RAM, 128GB + 8GB RAM, 128GB + 12GB, 256GB + 8GB and 256GB + 12GB RAM.
The smartphone supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). Redmi K40 Gaming comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches OLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio.
Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming 161.9 x 76.9 x 8.3 mm and weighs 205 grams. It is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass 5) and a glass back (Gorilla Glass 5).
The rear camera consists of a 64-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) while on the front, there is a single 16-megapixel camera.
