Bilang working student na nagpasyang maghanapbuhay para sa pamilya at bilang baguhan sa industriya na pinasok ko, it still overwhelms me na, ‘Ay oo nga, bukas o makalawa, ako na ‘yung aasahan ng pamilya namin.’ Ako na ‘yung magiging breadwinner o provider kasi maliliit pa ‘yung mga kapatid ko,” the young woman said.

“This is the horror of every panganay. The responsibility they have to shoulder just because they are the most capable son/daughter to become a breadwinner. For me, adulting is the real halloween. Growing up is scary, so are the responsibilities you’re soon to shoulder.”

As an eldest I don’t mind giving my your siblings what they want or helped them what they need. either in needs or in some problems that they caused. your younger siblings is/are your siblings nothing can change that. And we people are not born perfect sometimes we mess up. Money can be earned. But the feeling is priceless when you see them in success even they’ve messed up before and you are there with them in times that they needed you most.
