Nick Carter Speaks After Death Of Brother Aaron Carter
NICK CARTER – Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter opened up to about losing his late brother Aaron Carter.
Aaron Carter was in the spotlight from a young age thanks to the success of platinum-selling albums, a large list of television appearances, tours with his brother’s band, and collaborations with Britney Spears.
His debut album, “Aaron’s Party,” had singles like “I Want Candy,” which gave the singer brief but enduring stardom in the early 2000s.
Aaron Carter was found dead on Saturday. He was 34.
According to a sitter who claimed to have found an unconscious guy in a bathtub at a residence in Lancaster, California, Aaron was later located deceased, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported in a news release.
Authorities said when they got to the site, paramedics from the County Fire Department pronounced him dead.

On Sunday, Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter made his first public comment over the passing of his younger brother, Aaron Carter.
Nick described his brother’s battles with mental illness and addiction, which Aaron openly discussed during his life, as the “real villain here” in a caption for an Instagram post that appeared to show the siblings together as kids and teenagers.
“Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded…”
“I have always held on to the hope that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed.”
“Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss, but the truth is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here,” the message continued. “I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. I love you Chizz. Now you can finally have the peace you could never find here on earth….I love you baby brother.”
