For her new project, the actress hinted that this will be under the direction of Direk Erik Matti. Based on the article in Inquirer, Janine shared a photo with the prominent director on her Instagram Story on October 31.

She expressed how delighted she is for this opportunity in her career. Janine Gutierrez said that it is one of her dreams to be part of a project with Direk Erik. “So happy to finally work with you direk [Erik Matti]. Kung alam mo lang ‘yung saya ko. Tagal ko nang goal ‘to (If you only knew how happy I am. This has been my goal for so long. See you soon direk! Thank you!” the actress said.

On Direk Erik’s Instagram page, he also shared the same photo with Janine. The filmmaker tagged Janine’s mother seasoned actress Lotlot de Leon. “@ms.lolotdeleon look!” the director wrote in the caption of his post.

In the comment section, the seasoned actress wrote, “Yahoooo finally!!!” She also thanked the director. Janine also showed appreciation to the director. “Yayyyyyyy thank you so much direk!!!!!!!! Pangarap ko lang to ehhhhh,” the Kapamilya star said.
