HOW TO GET E-ARRIVAL CARD – Here is a guide on how to apply for the One Health Pass E-Arrival Card required for returning Filipinos and foreign nationals who wants to visit the Philippines.
The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way travel restrictions are posted in every country. Meanwhile, the easing of the situation paved the way for several nations to open their borders and lessen the requirements for entry. In the Philippines, Filipinos and foreign nationals who are entering the country are now required to get an E-Arrival Card.
The E-Arrival Card is applied for online at Bureau of Quarantine’s website. You must get it three (3) days before your arrival to the country. It requires the personal profile, flight details, and the health declaration to get the QR code which you can present to the airline and the quarantine officers.
How To Get E-Arrival Card?
Step 1 – Go to the official website of the Bureau of Quarantine (https://onehealthpass.com.ph). If you are a Philippine Passport holder, press or tap “Filipino National”. Otherwise, press/tap “Foreign National”.
Step 2 – Read the Data Privacy Notice. Click the box below to mark a check if you have read and agree to the Data Privacy and Affidavit of Undertaking stated.
Step 3 – Provide the details of your travel – Date of Departure, Date of Arrival, Airport/Seaport of Arrival, Classification (OFW or non-OFW), occupation, COVID-19 Vaccination, as passenger or as crew, airline/vessel name, flight number, and the country departure.
Step 4 – Enter your personal details such as your complete name, gender, date of birth, civil status, nationality, email, country code, address, and contact number.
Step 5 – Comply with the health declaration.
