Richard Yap Airs Dismay to Telecom for Annoying Due Date Notification, Poor Service
Seasoned actor Richard Yap slammed a telecom provider for alleged annoying due date notification and their poor service.
The Kapuso actor used Twitter to express his dissatisfaction with a phone firm. After criticizing the claimed late calling to charge him $599 for the service he subscribed to even though it was past due, Yap appears to have protested to the supplier.
“Grabe tong @LiveSmart tawag ng tawag kahit di mo pa due date . Akala nila takasan natin sila ng 599 pesos when we’re been subscribers for more than 10 years already,” according to Yap’s tweet.
The actor also bemoans the company’s subpar customer service. Yap claims that they don’t act right away to address a signal problem when it occurs in their area.
“Pero pag Wala tayong signal sa area natin di naman nila inaayos,” he added.
You can see a response from the aforementioned telecom provider’s Twitter account. It is believed that when an actor or other well-known person attends, it happens faster than four o’clock, so the internet users became incensed and reacted.
“Pag artista i-aassist agad. Ayusin nyo services nyo para lahat walang inconvenience!”
“This is so true. Pwede naman 1 text reminder lang. That’s it. Grabe makatawag.”
“Kapag tayo po ang may kailangan, dedma po sila… Pero kapag sila po ang may kailangan kahit hindi pa po sila dapat magdemand, ang bilis-bilis ng response kahit hindi sila kailangan or tinatawagan.”
