Ogie Diaz aired his dismay after the flight he booked was canceled
Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared his “nabudol” experience after he booked a flight with Cebu Pacific.
In his recent Facebook post, Ogie reposted the post that former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Say Alonzo shared. She was asking for help because her flight with Cebu Pacific was canceled but the airline company did not give other options.
The female celebrity shared that they were told to rebook their flight online but when they checked, the airline company has not canceled their flight yet as it was stated their “ongoing.”
“WE are now stuck here waiting for our baggage and they said we will get it in 2-3 HOURS! Help!!!” Say said in her post. When Ogie Diaz shared this post of the former PBB housemate, he shared his own bad experience with Cebu Pacific.
The talent manager-vlogger said that the airline company canceled their Manila to Cebu flight and so they rebooked it and it became Cebu-Dumaguete-Cebu. “Tapos, ang ending ibabalik nila yung na-cancel na manila-cebu. Parang tanga lang, di ba?” he said.
With this, they could not go back to their original flight because it was already fully booked. “Tapos, parang utang na loob mo pang tangkilikin ang airline nila at wala kang choice. Juice ko, budol!!!” Ogie said.
He added that this is the reason why Cebu Pacific has been receiving a lot of complaints. The talent manager said that the airline company is making their clients pay more for charges for flights changes.
With what happened, Ogie said that he did not allow his family to fly to Cebu. Aside from the bad weather, he also pointed out that the second reason was “Oa (over acting) din sa paasa ang Cebu pak kung lilipad ba sila o ikakansel nila. At no more rebooking, otherwise, you rebook with high charges!” Because of this, Ogie Diaz said that his P36,000 was gone.
What can you say about this?
