Actress Andrea Torres, despite her star status in showbiz, admitted that she is a fan of this Kapuso actress.
Andrea is one of the most sought-after leading ladies in GMA. She is known for her beauty, charm, and acting prowess. However, even though she is a celebrity herself, she is also a fan.
The actress is currently part of the historical portal romantic series Maria Clara at Ibarra which has been receiving positive feedback from viewers. In the series, Andrea plays the character of Sisa.
Previously, her fans were clamoring that she did not get a leading role in the said series because of her status in the entertainment industry. However, there were also those who said that her role is a challenging one and she will definitely give justice to the character.
Based on the article in NewsKo, Andrea Torres admires her MCAI co-star Barbie Forteza who is portraying the character of Maria Clara “Klay” Infante. In her Twitter post, Andrea admitted this fact.
“Fan na ko ni Barbie noon pero mas naging fan ako ngayong nakawork ko siya. Pakagaling talaga!!!” Andrea wrote and included a clapping hands emoji.
In the comment section of her post, many netizens commended not just Barbie but also Andrea in how they portrayed their respective roles in the primetime Kapuso series. There were also netizens who agreed with her saying that Barbie is a good actress.
Many netizens also applauded Andrea as Sisa. “Ate Sisa ang galing mo sa episode 20 ng MCI [loudly crying face emojis] ramdam na ramdam ko yung pain ni Sisa,” a netizen commented.
Meanwhile, Andrea Torres has a new action-drama movie series One Good Day with seasoned actor Ian Veneracion and beauty queen-turned-actress Rabiya Mateo. This is under Studio Three Sixty and is directed by Lester Ong.
