Over the past few days, Tropical Storm Paeng lashes the country with strong winds and heavy rains. The inclement weather condition causes flooding and devastation in some parts of the country.
Paeng brings bad weather conditions, which displaced numerous residents in the affected areas. Numerous local government units have even declared the suspension of public works and classes.
The tropical storm has been last spotted 410 kilometers east of Borongan City, Eastern Samar with maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour and gustiness of 90 kph.
The weather disturbance is anticipated to intensify into a severe tropical storm by late Friday afternoon and may develop into a typhoon on Saturday dawn (October 29). Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal has been hoisted in some parts of the country.

Agustin who was still drenched from floodwaters dropped by the town hall to officiate the wedding of Ely Ardino and Angelyn Perfas. The town mayor happily officiates the wedding of a lovely couple.
After the wedding ceremony, the town mayor proceeds to other villages to continue rescue operations after severe flooding hits Pigcawayan due to Tropical Storm Paeng.
Agustin just came from rescue operations before officiating the wedding.
