A disturbing viral video of Katy Perry is circulating online and it showed something that concerned a lot of people. The uncomfortable moment during her recent Las Vegas concert has got fans talking.
The 38-year-old singer is seen in the video pausing for some seconds trying to control a facial glitch where her right eye fluttered repeatedly while the other one remained open. The video has left fans concerned for her health.
In the video, she was seen wearing a silver dress adorned with metallic tin cans with corset detailing
She tried fixing it by stretching the skin and muscles up and then carried on as if nothing had happened. She even told her fans to “make even more noise for my band”.
Katy has since broken her silence regarding a viral video.
In an Instagram post, she wrote, Welcoming all my #flatearthers #spaceisfakers #birdsarentrealers #skyisntbluers to come see my broken doll eye party trick IRL in Vegas next year!
She dismissed the speculations and claims about it being an involuntary movement and as just a new ‘party trick’ or a performance stunt.
The trick is eye-catching and what a way to introduce the tour dates of “Play”, her 2023 Las Vegas residency.
She added, “The show’s set list is a fun [roller coaster emoji] through memory lane going all the way back to 2008, a time when we weren’t all frozen by the paranoia of our own echo chambers. This show is a nonstop party about finding unconditional love and strangely (for me) not political at all.”
