Bea Alonzo talked about being a talent of GMA
Former Kapamilya star Bea Alonzo said that she feels comfortable now being a Kapuso, a year after she signed a contract with GMA.
Bea started her career as one of the prized talents of Star Magic, the talent management firm of ABS-CBN. For two decades, she did remarkable projects that skyrocketed her career. She is known as one of the premier actresses of her generation.
However, last year, Bea decided to switch networks and now, she has her first Kapuso series, Start-Up PH. In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, the actress shared that she can truly feel now that she is a Kapuso.
“I must say na feel na feel ko na yung pagiging Kapuso ko ngayon. Nagsa-slide na siya sa tongue ko, sa bibig ko. And I feel, mas komportable na ako ngayon, going in and out of the studio,” Bea Alonzo said.
The Kapuso star also shed hope for the fans of her love team with A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz who is also in GMA now. Bea said that she will be doing projects with the Happy ToGetHer actor.
After her first Kapuso series, Bea is set to do movies under different film outfits such as GMA Pictures, Star Cinema, Reality MM Studios, and Viva Films. These upcoming projects will make her busy until next year.
Bea also expressed gratitude to everyone who is supporting her series. She said that she is happy that the Filipino audience is appreciating all their efforts for this project. The actress is also thankful that the viewers have positive feedback about the small changes they made in their characters to incorporate that Pinoy flavor.
Bea Alonzo said that she can somehow relate to her character Dani Sison. “Sabi nga nila, art imitates life. Sobrang totoo for me because nung start ng Start-Up, I’m starting a new chapter in my life sa GMA,” she said.
