Cotabato Town Declares Yellow Girl as ‘Persona Non-Grata’
Yellow Girl has been declared as a ‘Persona Non-Grata’ in Matalam, Cotabato Province for dancing lasciviously during a motor show event.
Over the past few days, Shaina or popularly known as Yellow Girl becomes one of the most controversial personalities online for dancing lasciviously at a motorcycle show event last September 25, 2022.
In the video, it can be seen that ‘Yellow Girl’ is dancing lasciviously in front of male participants in North Cotabato. Shaina continues to dance in front of the audience without hesitation. The audience even cheered for her during her performance.
Shaina has been featured in the GMA show “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho”. The viral woman expressed her disappointment after her video immediately spread like a wildfire online. She even bursts into tears after receiving criticisms online.
The internet celebrity regrets her irresponsible and inappropriate action during the motor show, which was held in a public place.
Matalam Vice Mayor Ralph Ryan Rafael confirmed that Shaine has been declared as ‘Persona Non-Grata’ in Matalam, Cotabato Province. The town mayor made the confirmation on his Facebook account.
According to the motoshow organizer Mel Gocotano, Yellow Girl is one of the participants and not a model. Gocotana tried to stop Shaina and other participants but he failed to do so. The viral lady also issued a public apology and explained that she just did it to earn money.
“Walang wala na ako eh, Marami po akong nagawa maganda sa lahat kahit wala pa ‘yang vlog, tumutulong na po ako sa lahat, basta lahat ng pumupunta sakin ay tinutulungan ko, Isa lang po ‘yung pagkakamali ko, sumayaw lang po ako ng ganon para kumita kahit 200 pesos, kahit 100 pa ‘yan basta kumita ako,” Shaina said
