Piolo Pascual is ready to embrace the evolution in the entertainment industry
Kapamilya A-list actor Piolo Pascual said that he is open to working in a collaboration series that will be done by GMA and ABS-CBN.
Previously, it was rumored that Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia and Kapuso actress Gabbi Garcia will work together in a collab series. However, as of this writing, no finality was announced yet.
The Kapamilya network has already collaborated with TV5 or the Kapatid network. Some shows of ABS-CBN are already being aired on TV5 such as It’s Showtime and ASAP Natin ‘To. However, their “merger” did not push through as the National Telecommunications Commission questioned the legality of the said contract between the two TV networks.
In line with the possibility of having a collaboration series that GMA and ABS-CBN will do, Piolo Pascual was asked in an interview if he is willing to be part of this project, based on the article in PEP. The A-list said that he is willing to do this if ever.
“Of course! I mean, to support and to help and to be just part of the evolution of our industry, you know, I’m here to stay,” he said, adding that if ever a show will be presented to him and whoever will produce it, he is willing to do, especially if it will be under ABS-CBN.
“It’s my home network and sabi ko nga, hindi ko iiwanan yun,” Piolo said about the Kapamilya network.
Meanwhile, Piolo Pascual is a proud dad to his son Inigo Pascual who started his Hollywood journey through the musical series Monarch. The A-list actor shared that his son has been auditioning for several international projects and he is happy that Inigo is now having his big break.
