RYZA CENON – Actress Ryza Cenon shared an update on the water bill she received that reached over P120,000.

Following a previous article, Ryza Cenon expressed her frustration at receiving a P120,000 water bill despite having water service interruptions. Last Friday, September 16, the actress posted a picture of the aforementioned bill notice on her Facebook page and compared it to their prior water usage.

Water provider Maynilad immediately responded to Ryza, promising that someone would speak with the actress about the situation. “Hi Ryza. Salamat sa inyong pakikipag-ugnayan sa amin upang ma-check ang inyong account. Patuloy na makikipag-coordinate ang aming Zone personnel sa inyo ukol ditto,” said Maynilad.

Just recently, Ryza Cenon shared an update on the water bill she received that reached over P120,000. She said their problem with the water bill has been resolved. In her Instagram post, Ryza said that they were advised to have the pipe checked for leaks and there was but only a small one so she wonders why it reached such an amount.

“Yey!!! Naayos na!! Ok ito na ang update. Nag punta ang Maynilad para icheck yung water line namin tapos pinalitan nila ang meter namin. Sabi nila need din pa check sa tubero namin baka may leak. So pinacheck namin, may leak po sa likod ng house pero maliit lang. Pero syempre nag question ako, bakit 120k umabot? Impossible po na aabot ng ganun kalaki sa isang buwan kahit may leak.”

Ryza Cenon said their old meter has been replaced because it is said to be broken. Because of what happened, their water bill was only based for six months, so she will only have to pay more than two thousand.

“Kaya ang ginawa nila tinest yung lumang meter namin. After po nun tumawag ang Zone Head nila sa amin to explain that since after testing the meter, nakita na worn out na din naman siya, so sabi niya na pag ganun daw po ang situation, automatic na daw po na they will instead charge us an amount equivalent ng average ng bill namin for the last 6 months. Kaya 2k++ nalang babayaran namin. Thank you po sa mga nag assist sa amin sa Maynilad,” she added.
