Ryza Cenon Shares After Giving Birth: “Parang tinatamad na ako sa life.”

Famous actress Ryza Cenon admits to feeling this during the early weeks after she gave birth.

RYZA CENON – First time mother Ryza Cenon opens up about postpartum blues and how her son Night helped her recover more quickly.

Miguel Antonio Cruz from Bacolod City is the father of baby Night, the first child of Ryza Cenon. The actress revealed in a previous article that he’s willing to marry her and settle down with but it’s not the same to her. She wanted a stronger foundation before marrying someone.

Talking about her son and partner, she shared, “Si Dada at saka si Night ang talagang nagbigay-buhay sa lahat. Ngayon, hindi na nagma-matter yung gaano ka ba tatagal sa earth or yung yaman mo.”

And just like every mother, she had a phase where she went through postpartum blues. To recall, she gave birth last October 31, 2020, after a 13-hour labor and the adjustment to being a mother to her is not that easy.

She confessed during the early weeks into motherhood, “May time na parang tinatamad na ako sa life, hindi ko alam kung bakit. May time na hinahayaan ko lang si Night na umiyak, parang nakatulala ako.”

But this was before. It is never the same case now because her son was actually the one who helped her get through that phase. And as a parent, she described her partner as “mas praning” than her when it comes to dealing with their baby. What she commends about him is that he really takes care of them.

She added, “Sa kanya lang din at yung mga kasama ko sa bahay. Sila yung tumutulong sa akin kapag hindi ko na kaya.”
