Julia Barretto is the leading lady in the upcoming movie “Expensive Candy.” Heartthrob Carlo Aquino co-stars with the beautiful actress, and the two make quite the daring pair.
Expensive Candy, directed and written by Jason Paul Laxamana of ‘Isang Daang Tula Para Kay Stella’ and ‘The Day After Valentine’s fame, will explore the complicated love story between Toto, a bumbling, virgin school teacher (played by Carlo), and Candy, a tough and independent s*x worker (played by Julia).
Despite the fact that Carlo has appeared in several romantic flicks, including Meet Me in St. Gallen and Exes Baggage, Julia Barretto is about to take the stage in her first-ever sensual role, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.
