Kapamilya actors Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla are the strongest pair in the industry – as a love team in reel and real life. The last movie they did was The Hows Of Us and it is now among the highest-grossing films of all time in the Philippine movie industry.

However, last year, based on a previous article, a rumor emerged and apparently circulated online about the actor being linked to another actress, Barbie Imperial. The rumors were spread after Imperial has been spotted hanging out at DJ’s house.

They were not seen together but rumors spread online as quickly as people assumed something malicious was happening between them.

In a new vlog of Barbie, she recalled all the past rumors about her, and among those was the rumor that involved Padilla. In the video, the actress clarified everything.

She kept her silence that time due to particular reasons and on top of that, she was embarrassed because of DJ’s girlfriend. She said, “Nanahimik talaga ako, e, as in nung time na yun, nung nangyari yung tsismis na yun. Siyempre nahiya ako unang-una kay Kath, kasi anong iisipin niya.”

But the truth of such happening was she was there because of DJ’s mother Karla Estrada and sister Maggie. She is close to both of them and that is her truth. She was not there for the actor.

And during that same time, she and Diego Loyzaga have just broken up.

She revealed, “And nung pumunta ako dun, sobrang kaka-break lang actually namin ni Diego nun. And ang mga kaibigan ko talaga na pinupuntahan si Ate Ara, si Tita Karla. So, pumunta ako kay Tita Karla kasi wala si Mama dito.”
