YAKUMI SOLAIRE – Solaire’s Japanese restaurant Yakumi offers Sunday Brunch Buffet with eight live cooking stations.
Back, better, and safer is Yakumi restaurant of Solaire Resort and Casino. This specific restaurant in the high-end resort is the “new and improved” Yakumi Sunday Brunch. Last October 31, 2021, Yakumi resumed their brunch buffet.
The brunch buffet has eight stations such as a teppanyaki station, tempura station; chawanmushi station; oyster station; yakitori station; and sashimi and sushi station to name a few.
They also have a ribeye, lamb rack, yakiniku beef, and pork loin for meat choices. For desserts to conclude a meal, this place has color-filled bento creations, strawberry matcha cream puff, a yuzu berry mille feuille, a green tea and azumi bean roll, and a mochi. They also have an assortment of fresh fruits.
Black sesame, corn, and matcha are the flavors of its umami ice cream.
