Video of Accident Between Kamote Rider and Reckless Taxi Driver Along Road Intersection Earns Criticisms Online
ROAD ACCIDENT – A kamote rider gets into a road accident after meeting a reckless taxi driver at a road intersection.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the main causes of traffic congestion in many nations, including the Philippines. Usually, it results in traffic jams or injury to those who are involved. Reckless motorists are mostly involved in vehicular accidents.
Although the traffic authorities are enforcing stronger laws and regulations to stop these situations, accidents still occur as a result of irresponsible drivers.
The Facebook page “NIAS News Weather – Philippines” has shared video footage of a road accident involving a motorcycle rider and a taxi driver. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that a white taxi is approaching a road intersection. The taxi did not slow down after he notice that the road is clear. Unfortunately, a fast-moving tricycle suddenly passed the intersection.
Luckily, the two motorists were able to avoid a collision but the motorcycle rider slipped and was sent pummeling on the ground. The taxi driver drove as if nothing happened.
