Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is the wife of Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero. She’s known to attend fashion weeks all over the world.

The 37-year-old celebrity recently made some confessions. She revealed her “personal struggles” in a short catch-up video on her Youtube vlog. “I’m not gonna lie. I’ve been going through a lot of personal stuff in my mind but you know, at the end of the day, I’m still very grateful and as long as there’s life, there’s hope,” she said.

In a post on her Instagram account last September 4, Heart Evangelista uploaded an emotional video featuring snippets of her life. Netizens got curious about why she was receiving an injection shot on her backside.

In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Snippets of life… Always grateful for all the amazing adventures.”

Heart Evangelista received comforting words from the online community after she uploaded clips showing how her life has been. In one clip, she gave a glimpse of her receiving an injection shot on her b*tt.

Based on the background, the video seemed to be taken from a hospital. In the comment section of the post, a netizen said it was a shot containing progesterone.

“Aww your makeup artist/assistant is very kind to help you out specially that monthly injection, I did that for 4 months and I’m blessed it worked,” a netizen wrote.

Progesterone injection is said to treat irregular menstrual cycles or is prescribed for pregnant women who’ve experienced a miscarriage. The Kapuso star, however, has not indicated what the injection was for.
