Railway Authorities to File Charges vs Rider After His Motorcycle Has Been Hit by Train
A train in Northern India accidentally hits a motorcycle on the railway, the rider will face charges for his irresponsible act.
Rail transport is a mode of transportation that moves people and things on wheeled vehicles that are moving along rails that are situated along tracks. In contrast to road transport, where vehicles travel on a planned, level surface, rail transportation uses the tracks they travel on to provide direct guidance.
Train stations and passengers should always vacate railways to avoid accidents and troubles.
CCTV footage has captured several motorcycles gathered at a railway to cross. After a few moments, the other riders stepped back to give way to the fast-approaching train. On rider tried to save his motorcycle stuck at the railway.
Unfortunately, the rider identified as Uttar Pradesh failed to save his motorbike and abandoned it a few seconds before the train hits it. The rider was able to run away from the tracks and escaped death from the closest chances.
The latter had no choice but to watch his bike being destroyed by the train. Luckily, no one gets hurt in the incident and everyone is safe. According to a local source, the railway police officials filed charges against the rider.
Last February 2022, after making an unsuccessful attempt to cross the train tracks on his motorcycle, a man on a two-wheeler was only able to make a close escape. The event happened at a level crossing gate close to Achhalda railway station on the North Central Railway’s Kanpur-Tundla line.
