The Video Footage of Residents Who Placed Barricade & Obstruct PNR Train’s Railway Earns Reactions Online
Several residents of Barangay Halang in Calamba City place barricade and obstructs the railway of the Philippine National Railways train.
A Facebook user named Roel Santos has shared the video footage of the residents who placed a barricade along the railway of PNR train. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the train employees were having an exchange of heated arguments against several residents of Barangay Halang in Calamba City for obstructing the railway.
Santos explained that they placed the barricade along the railway as a part of the enhanced community quarantine. The residents living beside the railway also urged the train employees to ask a permit from the city hall so they can pass.
