Grade 8 Student Went Missing After Attending 1st Day of Face-to-Face Classes
A grade 8 student reportedly went missing on the first day of face-to-face classes in Trece Martires City, Cavite.
The 13-year-old boy identified as Bobby Quezon Jr. has been dropped off by his mom Joena Quezon in his school before his class last Monday (August 22, 2022) around 12:30 pm. The latter has never been found since then.
“Kahapon po ang first day niya dahil alternate ‘yung pasukan diyan. Okay naman po, ‘nung pumasok siya, masaya naman siyang pumasok,” Joena said.
The school released a CCTV footage showing the student going upstairs while looking for his classroom. However, the kid has been spotted going out of the school 10 minutes after looking for his room.
Around 2:30 pm, the classes have been suspended due to the effects of Several Tropical Storm Florita. The missing victim’s older sister went to school to pick him up but he did not show up.
Joena sought help from the authorities and asked the netizens for help. The family also roams around the town to look for the victim although they don’t have a lead.
