Jaya Gets A New House After Losing Former House To Fire Incident

Jaya’s husband Gary Gotigoc took to social media to share the good news and celebrate as he posted a video of himself welcoming his family to their new house.

Back in July last year, Jaya bid goodbye to the Kapamilya network and her It’s Showtime family. This came after she finally decided to settle in the US with her family.

The Soul Diva said this decision was not easy for her but she asked for some signs. She shared previously that when they finally came up with this decision, they were immediately able to find a place, and her husband Gary Gotidoc easily got a job.

Jaya stressed that she has no regret when it comes to leaving her career in the Philippines and moving to the US. In her August 8 (PH time) post, she shared a photo showing the aftermath of the fire that burned down their house in the US.

The lower portion of their house including the garage was devoured by fire. Despite this heartbreaking event in her life, the singer is still thankful because she and her family are safe.

A fundraising campaign was initiated for their family. They received warm support from many people who wanted to help.

Days after Jaya’s home was razed, she and her family has now moved to a new home. Her husband took to social media to share the good news and celebrate as he posted a video of his family arriving at their new home.

In the caption, Gary said this is now their new beginning, season, and home. He also said that the fun of replacing everything they lost due to the fire will now begin.

“Praise Jesus!!! We are finally home!!! This has been a rollercoaster week! Lowest lows when your house burns down. But highest of the highs when God restores you! We thank each and everyone of you that showed us love and support! We are blessed to have you all in our lives!”

“This is our new beginning. This is our new season… And this is our new home! Now the fun begins replacing everything we lost. God provides and he is faithful!” he added.
