Lady Customer Slams Sales Clerk Who Prohibited Her To Touch Displayed Item “Baka Madumihan”

A lady customer expressed her disappointment after the sales clerk prohibited her touch the displayed item.

The Facebook user Carol V Espinoza Diaz has shared the video footage of herself while roaming around inside a mall to go shopping. However, something unexpected happened. The video elicits reactions from the online community.

In the video, Diaz expressed her disappointment to a sales clerk of a boutique inside the mall. She was just checking the displayed item at the store when the sales personnel prohibited her to touch the product.

Miss, wag mong galawin yung white at brown pants baka madumihan,” the sales lady said quoted by Diaz.

Carol just started at the sales lady and immediately leave the store at Festive Mall after the incident. The lady customer just wanted to check and try the item because she plans to buy loose pants.

The disappointed customer lambasted the store for the inappropriate behavior of their crew. She also requested fair treatment since discrimination is abhorrent nowadays. She also cited the ‘customer is always right’ policy.

Diaz also expressed her sentiments:

“This is your right to select from a range of goods and services at competitive prices with an assurance of satisfactory quality.

Finally, discrimination is abhorrent. May kwarta kag wala, naka-porma or wala, you all have the right to equal, fair and honest treatment.

To customers/consumers, remember, money is earned. Whatever you buy, it must be worth the price. Assert your right against market injustices”
