Ang Probinsyano – Yassi Pressman, Bela Padilla Express Gratitude

Here are the statements of former Ang Probinsyano artists Yassi Pressman and Bela Padilla.

ANG PROBINSYANO – Screen partners of Coco Martin, Yassi Pressman and Bela Padilla make statement as the series is about to end.

It has been seven long years for “Ang Probinsyano” and knowing that it is now on its final week shuddered many people. It was unexpected and this show has become many people’s nighttime habit for seven years.

After the network shut down, the show evacuated to other platforms and they were followed. Many people remained loyal looking forward to episodic story. The show will make way for “Darna”, an iconic comics character.

And now, as it nears its finale, two artists who became his partner in the show left messages – Yassi Pressman and Bela Padilla.

“Kahit nung nandoon kami, we heard the ‘Probinsyano’ will end maraming-maraming beses and gustong-gusto pa rin siya ng mga tao. Kahit ngayon mahal na mahal ng mga tao si Cardo, mahal na mahal ng mga tao ang ‘Ang Probinsyano,'” says Pressman who played Cardo Dalisay’s wife Alyanna.

She is sad about the show’s ending but she knows that memories will remain forever. As for Coco, he was accordingly “one of the best leading men ever”. He is accordingly selfless and generous because he would always put the needs of others and pour his soul into making the story beautiful. And that, for her, is very generous of him.

Carmen, a character portrayed by Padilla, said that she is happy and sad all at the same time. She is sad because it is about to end but also happy because she’s become a part of something big and iconic.

Padilla is proud of Martin as he has proven his talent and creativity not just for being an actor but also for being a director. She then added, “I am truly blessed to have worked with you on such a beautiful project and I am also very blessed to know you as a person. Maraming salamat sa pag-share mo sa sarili mo, sa aming lahat.”
