3 Siblings Held Triple Wedding in Cebu on the Same Day
Three siblings in Cebu who got married on the same day and neglect the alleged “Sumpa ng sukob” went viral online.
Last July 26, 2022, the siblings James, RJ, and Princess Go married their respective partners on the same day and ignore the alleged curse of ‘sukob’. The triple wedding goes viral and elicits comments from the netizens.
Rev. Fr. Andrei Ventanilla posted the photos of siblings who got married on the same day and same venue. The priest does not see anything wrong with the triple wedding, which was held at Saint Joseph the Patriarch Parish in Mabolo, Cebu City.
Initially, James and Faye, RJ, and Jenny tied the knot in a civil wedding but decided to remarry again during their sister’s wedding. The siblings ignored the alleged curse of ‘Sukob’.
“Tao lang naman din ang nagkukuwento tungkol sa ganyang sukob. Hindi ako naniniwala diyan. Mas naniniwala ako sa Diyos,” Marilyn, the mother of three siblings said.
The priest even congratulate the siblings after the wedding ceremony and wished the best for the three of them.

“3 Siblings in 1 | Flex ko lang. This is my first time to solemnize a triple wedding of siblings on one occasion which also falls on the Feast of St. Joachim and Anne, the grandparents of our Lord.

I didn’t believe it either. My younger sister married 18 days after I married my wife which happened on the the same month. while I don’t have a child and she got 9 children. but in terms of financial status me and my wife are better off compare to them. sukob is considered the same month and year. now tell us if that is curse or not.
