Poor Student Slams Courier Company After Ordering Phone But Received Empty Box
A poor student has expressed his disappointment after ordering a mobile phone online but receiving an empty box.
A Facebook user named Mar Quirit has shared the video footage of himself unboxing the parcel he ordered. He ordered a second-hand mobile phone but received an empty box instead. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
The student narrated that he ordered an Oppo Reno 6 5g from a netizen named Carge Chelar Ojales Cuña last June 23, 2022. Cuña carefully packed the mobile phone with bubble wrap and put the waybill at the opening portion of the box.
Cuña ensured that the box is secured before sending it to J&T Express. Quirit received the parcel on July 22, 2022, and immediately opened the box after three weeks of waiting.
Unfortunately, the latter receive a damaged empty box instead of a mobile phone. The student thinks that someone from the courier company opened the box and stole the mobile phone. He immediately reported it to the branch in Coron.
The J&T branch in Coron instructed him to write a complaint letter and even Carge wrote a letter. He expressed his disappointment in saving a huge amount of cash just to buy his dream phone.

Grabe j&t bakit nagkaganon?! Huhuhu ang sakit sobra!! June 27 2022 na ship out yung package ko, tapos kanina lang 2:00 PM dumating (July 22, 2022). Grabe ang saya saya ko pa nung sa wakas dumating na yung package ko after 3 weeks tapos ganito lang pala! Okay na okay yung mukha nung package, ganoon din kung paano siya pinadala grabe ang galing nung kumuha, sanay na sanay! Huhuhu, wala akong phone na na receive kundi gutay gutay na box ng phone, wasak na bubble wrap, at nahiya pa talaga yung kumuha iniwan pa yung charger, ejector pin, at case! HUHUHU, J&T bakit nagkaganoon! Ang tagal kong pinagipunan yung pera na ipinambili ko doon! HUHUHU! Nagpunta na ako sa branch dito sa coron at sabi hindi daw sa kanila nangyari yung nakawan huhuhu, pinagawa muna nila ako ng complain letter. Ganun din si ma’am na nagpadala sa akin doon sa branch na pinadalhan niya.
