Police Arrest Single Mom Arrested for Stealing Milk, Balloons & Oil For Child’s Birthday
A single mom has been arrested by the authorities for allegedly stealing milk, balloon, and oil for her child’s birthday.
Robbery has been one of the most common crimes happening not only in the Philippines but also in various regions all around the world. Poverty is one of the main reasons why some people engaged in illegal activities.
Some individuals have no choice but to engage in illegal activities and commit crimes just to earn money for their families.
The Facebook page “iFM 93.9 Davao” has shared heartbreaking photos of a single mom who has been arrested for stealing grocery items. The post goes viral and garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the police officers arrested and detained the lady suspect who stole numerous goods from a store at Cogon Market in Cagayan de Oro. The female thief stole cooking oil, decorations, milk, and balloons for her child’s birthday.
The single mother gets emotional and bursts into tears after she has been arrested for her crime. The netizens gathered cash from kind-hearted individuals and were able to collect P7, 000.
The collected amount will be used to pay the woman’s debt and bail.
