Video of Pasaway Cyclists Using Lane at EDSA Goes Viral
The video footage of pasaway cyclists using a lane at EDSA quickly circulates online and elicits reactions from the netizens.
Nowadays, the Philippine government has been implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent the increasing rate of accidents as well as to ensure the safety of both motorists and pedestrians.
Unfortunately, there are still a lot of hard-headed and reckless individuals who were violating the traffic policy.
The government also provides bike lanes for cyclists but some of them have been using lanes designated for motorized vehicles. Hard-headed cyclists even cause accidents along the road due to reckless driving.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the video footage of pasaway cyclists using a lane at EDSA wherein bicycles are prohibited. The video immediately spread like a wildfire on social media.
In the video, it can be seen that numerous cyclists using BMX bicycles are using a lane at EDSA. The pasaway bikers were not using the bike lane and even occupied the lane designated for motorized vehicles.
The video uploader criticized the irresponsible actions of the cyclists, which may cause an accident along the road. Other motorists along EDSA expressed their disappointment regarding the incident.
The bicycle riders also cause inconvenience along the road for using the lane designated for bigger vehicles.
