The video footage of a car driver who refused to give way to a counterflowing VIP motorcade goes viral and elicits comments online.
The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM Spotted” has shared the video footage of a car driver who refused to give way to a counterflowing VIP motorcade. The video circulates online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the car driver refused to give way to a marshal and VIP personnel carried by a black SUV. He scolded and lecture the personalities behind the VIP motorcade for violating the traffic rules and regulations.
“Feeling VIP nanaman itong mga siraul*ng mga ‘to, Bawal ‘yang ginagawa niyo eh,” the driver said.
The individuals who joined the motorcade can’t do anything but retreat and leave the lane after realizing their mistake. According to the driver, one of the personnel from the motorcade asked him to delete the video.
Unfortunately, the latter refused to delete the footage. He is also wondering on the party found his address.
“Pumunta sila sa house namin nagmamakaawa idelete yung video. Humindi lang kami. -Uploader ng video. I wonder how they found out ung address nung nagvideo,” the driver added.
The Philippine National Police – Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) also prohibits unauthorized vehicles from using ‘wang-wang’ and blinkers. Currently, the identity of the car owner remains unknown.
