Motorcycle Rider Caught on Camera Touching Private Part of Lady Resident
A motorcycle rider touched the private part of a lady resident who go out to buy soap from a sari-sari store.
The CCTV footage installed along Barangay Dominador West in Alitagtag, Batangas has caught the lascivious act of a motorcycle rider who touched the private body part of a lady resident walking at the sidewalk.
In the video, it can be seen that the rider stopped beside the road while waiting for the woman to pass near him. The motorist suddenly groped the woman’s private part and quickly leave the area.
According to the victim’s family, the latter suffered from trauma due to the incident. Barangay officials also learned that the culprit has been roaming around the area a few days before the incident.
The officials also concluded that the rider has a different motive aside from groping. Unfortunately, the authorities failed to trace the suspect because of low-quality footage from the CCTV.
The incident also causes fear and lesson to the residents especially to the parents not to let their kids go out during nighttime.
“Nakakatakot nang maglakad sa kalsada nang gabi kasi napakadelikado. Buti kung ganun lang ang mangyari, eh kung hilahin pa. Pakakatakot po talaga,” a resident named Marilyn Gonzaldo said.
Meanwhile, the police authorities alerted the barangay action force to monitor the area.
