MAGGIE WILSON – Victor Consunji receives Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) from Taguig Regional Trial Court.

In a previous article, the post of Maggie Wilson showing the “illegal and unauthorized” intrusion of her husband’s employee in the house she rents made rounds online. She stressed her right to the conjugal property and have done actions to handle matters in a legal manner. Maggie expressed that she is ready to fight and will not leave the property. She condemned the “blatant display of power and influence”.

And now, after some legal actions, a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) from the Taguig Regional Trial Court has been issued against Consunji. Accordingly, her estranged husband has no right to throw her off the building because of an existing leasing contract.

A part of the decision from the court stated:

“Since it cannot be denied that a valid lease contract is existing and subsisting between the petitioner and the defendants, the Lease Contract should be respected by the parties wherein the lessor is obliged to maintain the lessee in the peaceful and adequate enjoyment of the leased premises for the entire duration of the contract.”

It furthered that what Consunji did was unfair. The resolution also prevented the defendant to prevent “Meralco or any electrician from restoring electricity in the subject property”. This was signed by Executive Judge Antonio M. Olivete.

Wilson thanked the justice system of the Philippines for the quick and justified response to the matter.
