President-Elect Bongbong Marcos Thanks People of Cebu

BONGBONG MARCOS – The incoming President gave a message to the people of Cebu after he garnered more than one (1) million votes in the province.

The Marcos administration is set to start on Friday, June 30, 2022. The incoming president will have his oath-taking at the Philippine National Museum. The Marcos family and his Cabinet members are expected to be present at the event.

During the Elections 2022, Marcos Jr. topped the presidential race after garnering more than 31 million votes giving him a landslide victory. He ran as the standard-bearer of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas and several local politicians and political groups supported his presidential bid.

In the Philippines, Cebu is one of the vote-rich provinces. During the Elections 2022, the people of Cebu delivered more than one (1) million votes for president-elect Bongbong Marcos.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, president-elect Bongbong Marcos Jr. was present at the oath-taking ceremony of One Cebu local party officials who emerged victorious during the Elections 2022. In his speech, he expressed his gratitude to the people of Cebu.

Marcos Jr. stressed that it has never happened to a Marcos to win big since 1969 during the time of his late father. According to him, the trust in the candidate and his capacity is the one reason that can deliver votes to someone running for a government position. He stressed that he is a “beneficiary of a good work” and the Cebuanos are historic in a lot of ways.

This time, after winning the presidential election, incoming president Marcos is asking One Cebu officials to help the administration saying that there are a lot of work to be done. According to him, the call for unity is not done and it is what is needed to help the Filipino people.
