Passengers Expressed Dismay After Someone Splashed Water Inside Jeepney

The passengers expressed their disappointment after someone splashed water inside a public jeepney during San Juan Festival.

Wattah Wattah Festival or Basaan Festival is the feast of St. John the Baptist, patron saint of San Juan, Metro Manila, and of many other communities throughout the Philippines, held every 24 June.

Most people in the country line up the streets and generously douse passersby or unsuspecting commuters and visitors with water. The act is supposed to remind the people of their baptism.

Recently, A Facebook user named Ricky Caparida shared the video footage of passengers who got shocked after someone splashed water inside the public utility vehicle. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that the jeepney driver was having fun sharing his experience with residents splashing water on his vehicle during the San Juan festival. He also filmed his ride with passengers as they approach the area.

The driver instructed the passengers to roll down the plastic cover to prevent the water from entering the vehicle. The situation inside the vehicle goes well for a couple of minutes until someone splashed water inside the jeepney.
