Julia Barretto, Gerald Anderson Attend Wedding of Friend Joe Vargas, Non-Showbiz Partner
JULIA BARRETTO – The Kapamilya actress got the bouquet at a wedding she attended with her boyfriend, Gerald Anderson.
Recently, another celebrity officially tied the knot with the love of his life – actor Joe Vargas marrying his non-showbiz girlfriend, Bianca Yanga. He is a former housemate of Pinoy Big Brother who managed to stay in showbiz even after his stint in the show.
The wedding of Joe and Bianca gathered several celebrities in the showbiz industry. Among those who came to the wedding is former PBB housemate Gerald Anderson who is visibly one of the closest celebrity friends of the groom. He even made a special mention of Gerald in his post saying the Init Sa Magdamag actor never left him and he has never believed him when he said that he can’t make it.
Gerald Anderson attended the wedding with his girlfriend, actress Julia Barretto. The throwing of bouquets by the bride is one of the most highly-observed wedding traditions in the Philippines. In this case, the bride attempted to throw the bouquet but turned her back and went to Julia to give it to her.
Based on the tradition, it is believed that whoever gets the bouquet is going to be the next bride. In a video posted online by the Facebook page managed by the actress’ supporters, it could be seen that Gerald Anderson was really glad about it and he was all smiles. The other male guests even congratulated him.
The real timeline of Julia and Gerald’s relationship is not known to the public as they both initially earned a lot of criticism when rumors and speculations that they’re officially together circulated. They became close to each other when they worked for the movie Between Maybes which they top-billed.
